The showroom’s own highlight car had real visual pull — its color and standalone position drew an initial glance from 5 of 6 visitors — but only 1 in 6 ever came back to look again. The center-left position, by contrast, pulled a 66% return rate. That distinction is exactly what eye-tracking captures and a walkthrough cannot: not just whether a vehicle gets noticed, but whether it gives visitors a reason to come back. The same gap showed up at the configurator and the accessories display — both positioned exactly where the data showed nobody was looking. The redesign moves every key touchpoint into a zone already proven, by visitors’ own eyes, to hold attention.
